He has been providing outstanding orthodontic care for his patients since 1979. Board Certified, Dr. Sisulak maintains memberships with the American Dental Association, Wisconsin Dental Association, Greater Milwaukee Dental Association, Wisconsin Society of Orthodontists, American Association of Orthodontists and the World Federation of Orthodontists. He is currently President of the Orthodontic Study Club of Wisconsin.
Dr. Sisulak is actively involved in his community, volunteering his services for the “Give Kids a Smile” program through the Greater Milwaukee Dental Association and Smiles Change Lives Wisconsin Chapter. He is a member of the Hales Corners Chamber of Commerce. He and his wife, Patrice, have been married since 1978 and have three adult children: JJ, Jeanne and Eddie. He is a ticket holder for Marquette University basketball, Milwaukee Brewers baseball and Green Bay Packers football. He also enjoys following local high school sports and traveling.
