Dr. Joseph Oliver Jr, DDS

With over 24 years of dental experience, Cynthia has been a dedicated member of Dr. Oliver's staff for over 15 yrs. As the Office Manager she has and continues to keep the office up and running smoothly.  She is a graduate from National Educational Center, Bryman Campus and with an associate degree from FIDM, Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, she adds an extra flare to our office with seasonal décor and aroma therapy candles that adds warmth and comfort.  Her personal touch provides the welcoming atmosphere our patients come to experience here at our office.
Angela Breedlove-Johnson
Born & raised in Los Angeles, CA, Angela graduated from National Education Center in 1985. She has a been a dedicated member of the dental profession for over 20 years serving as a front office liaison between patient and dental staff.  She is currently an administrative assistant for Dr. Sparks & Oliver, however she is well experienced in back office practice, procedure and protocol.

The "right hand" of  Dr. Joseph Oliver.  Elaine has 24 years of dental experience with 10 years at  Dr. Sparks & Oliver Dental Office.  She graduated from National Educational Center, Bryman Campus in 1984.  Her many years as a Register Dental Assistant (RDA) has made her invaluable to the practice and is apparent by the patients who have expressed their appreciation for her gentle touch and personal care.  She resides in Hawthorne with her son Jerrod.  Elaine can be contacted at our office phone number.
Raquel Solano
Beginning her dental assisting career as early as high school, Raquel finished her dental assisting program at Locke High School in 1988.  She began assisting doctors in the Los Angeles area right out of school and came to Dr. Sparks and Oliver's in 1996.  In 1997, shortly after arriving at Dr. Sparks and Oliver, she became a licensed RDA and has been a dedicated member of our staff. Raquel has 20 years of assisting experience and her value to our practice is immeasurable.   
Rosa Valdez
Initially from Mexico City, Rosa moved to Los Angeles in 1985 and has been a resident over 20 years.  She has a dental degree from the University National of Mexico School of Dentistry.  Here in the states she completed the dental assistant program at National Educational Center Bryman Campus in 1994 and has been a dental assistant at our office since 2001.  Rosa plays an integral role in our ability to care for our patients as well as expanding our ability to communicate with the increasing diversity of our community.
