On my first visit to Eastern Dental, I was fortunate in being treated by Dr. Davis. I was lucky to be accepted as an emergency case, since the examination was necessary for an upcoming biopsy of my neck. Although I expected only a review of my dental status, Dr. Davis informed me that one tooth was in poor condition and needed extraction. Thinking I would have to come back, as the condition of the tooth may have required surgery to remove, I asked Dr. Davis how soon it could be done. Even though they were firmly booked for the day, Dr. Davis nonchalantly said, "I will do it for you right now, if you want", which thrilled me, since I would not have to make another visit. The removal was not that easy, as the tooth was in such bad condition, it could not be removed in one piece. However, Dr. Davis went about the task in a pleasant and comforting way, which made a most difficult situation more bearable. THANK YOU DR. DAVIS. Don J

she is so rude!! the staff was great but the dentist (Dr. Joy Davis) was so obnoxious basically acted as if I had no idea what she was saying. Treated me like I was dumb or an idiot of sum sort because I didn't agree with what she said! I can NOT believe I was treated this way.
