Dr. Juan A Anillo Sarmiento

I had a cavity done and it was very unpleasant to say the least. Dr. Juan Anillo proceeded to apply the anesthesia, but then went away to attend another patient, he left me waiting almost a full hour before he came back. Then he had to re-apply anesthesia and went to attend another patient and made me wait another 20 min or so. When using the drill, it seemed he was in a rush and used maximum speed which was painful and made my head hurt. Then instead of applying filling right away, he went to attend yet another patient and left me sitting with my mouth open waiting for another 20 min. After doing the procedure he didn't even say "bye" and rushed quickly to attend some other patient. The whole experience was extremely painful and uncomfortable. I think this doctor is a good person, but he has put business above a patient's wellbeing and comfort, he prioritizes attending as many patients while neglecting proper etiquette and care.
