The absolute worst dentist that my family and I have ever had the misfortune to meet. The office is a revolving door of recent dental grads fumbling their way through fillings. My children experienced: abscesses, chipped teeth, and fillings that fell out within months of being placed. One son experienced a fever and abscess after shotty dental work done in her office we ended up going to a different dentist in town for emer?gency care nobody responded from her office.

Don't give them contact information they will continually hound you through contact information you give them (i.e. text, email,...) even if you move several states away and tell them to quit contacting you. My next step is likely to contact a lawyer and see if they have a class action lawsuit like The Sports Authority did for emails that they sent out.
