they are scammers!

I visited Dr. Lee's office for a simple hygiene service. Subsequently, I reported some gum sensitivity, yet the hygienist continued to “dig” at my gums until I had to ask her to stop. The doctor asked me to return in 2 weeks to see if the gum had healed. When I returned, the gum condition had worsened considerably. Dr. Lee convinced me to try a $1000 treatment that she indicated easily “85% or better” efficacy rate. After the treatment, I was to return to check my gums. In the meantime, one trouble tooth/gum became infected. Dr. Lee then told me that I needed a crown ($1500). She also suggested I gargle with salt water. I asked when she would examine my gums (part of the initial treatment). she refused. Subsequently, my gum became so infected that I visited another doctor, who prescribed antibiotics. This improved the condition, but it is still painful and troublesome. Dr. Lee is always in hurry to get to the next appointment. She only explains when I push back on cost, yet… she is pretty “efficient” in presenting the cost estimate for the next treatment. Everyone in the office wears an ear piece, so half the time, they are listening to each other and not the patient. To this day, my gums have never been examined subsequent to the costly treatment. The recommendation for my infection was to recommend another costly treatment. I returned to my former dentist in the city of my former residence. She said that the gum has been “traumatized.” Both Dentist #2 and Dentist #3 indicate I may now need to extract the troubled tooth. I will be taking legal action.
