Best dentist in town. Cleanings at this office are well detail and the hygienists take their time to get it right. The dentist is very good at her work. Even the injections are not bad. I have had 2 or 3 times that I needed injections to get numb for fillings and barely felt the needle.

I went there a couple of years ago. They told me I had a cavity on both of my wisdom teeth, and I needed to have them pulled. The dentist told me she could not fix the cavity. I got a second opinion a couple of months later and the cavity was magically gone. Two years later and the cavity I was told about still doesn't show any effects, and my new dentist can't seem to find it. They also told my wife she needed to get a root canal. She got a second opinion and magically it turned out that she didn't need one. I'm glad that my wife and I are going to Patuxent Dental now.

Dr. Kareema Mohomed is the worst dentist my family has seen in years of frequent moves. She is inexperienced and insecure. She mishandled basic dental issues. Several times she referred us to specialists for simple dentistry questions. Her billing staff is inept with the timing and coding of insurance claims. I read many reviews before choosing this dentist, but “kindness and gentleness” are not the same as competence! It was a huge relief to leave Gentle Green Dental Care.
