Great dental expertise. Great staff. Uncomfortable business practicies

The dental care my family received was really great. The staff are friendly and respectful. However, twice I have had to cancel appointments made by the office on my behalf without my express permission. At other times, Dr. Arnold has instructed her staff to find out if a procedure is covered by my insurance and then her staff assumed I would be doing the procedure. Yet, Dr. Arnold didn't consult with me about the procedure or the need for the procedure. I did not do those procedures.

Nobody likes the Dentist but

I have never waited more than 15 minutes for an appointment (somebody explain this to my primary care guy). Billing has always been accurate. No extra costs or services have been pushed at me.
