Dr. Kenneth T. Miller, Jr. was raised in Jamestown, NC and graduated from Ragsdale High School. He headed to Durham for college and recieved his BS in Psychology from Duke University in 1968. He then obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of North Carolina. For his scholastic achievements, Dr. Miller was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Fraternity and received the Alpha Omega award for highest academic honors. He remained at UNC to get his Masters of Science in Orthodontics.
Dr. Miller has provided the highest quality in orthodontic care since 1974. A life-long learner, he stays in touch with his profession through both continuing education courses and membership in organizations such as the American Dental Association, the American Association of Orthodontists, the North Carolina Association of Orthodontists and the North Carolina Dental Society.
When he is not in the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, …Karen, his three children, Kate, Ken, and Kittie, and his three grandchildren, Shelton, Thomas, and Ken IV. He can also be found marlin fishing off the coast of Cape Hatteras or watching the Blue Devils play basketball.

Dr. Kenneth T. Miller, III was born and raised in the Rocky Mount/Tarboro area. Upon graduating from Woodberry Forest School, he matriculated to the University of North Carolina where he obtained a BS in Biology. After a brief stint as a traveling musician, Ken returned to the University of North Carolina to pursue his DDS and graduated at the top of his class in 2007. While in dental school, he was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society and received the Alpha Omega award for highest scholastic achievement. He remained at UNC for his specialty training and earned his Master of Science and Certificate in Orthodontics from one of the most respected departments in the nation. Ken returned to Rocky Mount and joined the practice with his father in May 2010. He and his wife, Elizabeth, who is a pediatric dentist have a one year old son, Ken IV.
