Dr. Kristian E Hyer, DDS

Meet Dr. Hyer
Dr. Hyer was raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. He attended Brigham Young University, where he majored in Microbiology. He earned his dental degree at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco, then attended the University of Iowa, where he completed his orthodontic training, graduating in 1989.
Dr. Hyer's father was an orthodontist in Las Vegas. While working in his father's office through high school, he was able to see firsthand the enjoyment and satisfaction that his father received from his occupation. Based on that experience, he decided to follow in his father's footsteps and enter the field of orthodontics.
Dr. Hyer and his wife, Marie, have four children. He and his family enjoy spending time outdoors, taking part in sports and attending a wide variety of cultural events.
Dr. Hyer's professional affiliations include the American Association of Orthodontists, the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, the California Association of Orthodontists, the American …Dental Association, the California Dental Association and the Stanislaus Dental Society.
He served during his youth as a church missionary in Argentina. Currently he works with the young men in his church helping to develop their personal character through the Boy Scouts of America and by serving in other religious capacities.
