Dr. Kristin J Clark-Lowell, DDS

Dr. Clark-Lowell received her undergraduate degree from Wells College in Aurora, NY. She then went on to the University of Connecticut where she received her doctorate in Dental Medicine and was awarded the Academy of General Dentistry "Best General Dentist" award. At the time of this writing she is the first female president of the 6th District Dental Society (9 counties in the central/southern tier). She is a member of the Cortland County Dental Socitey and is a general practitioner who handles a wide variety of dental needs from simple needs to full mouth reconstruction. Dr. Clark-Lowell provides quality dental care for the whole family beginning at the age of 4. She has been practicing in Cortland for 10 years. The office offers a wide variety of services which include but are not limited to: routine cleanings/checkups, digital x-rays, restorative treatment, anxiety control, full mouth reconstruction, restoration of dental implants, and various forms of cosmetic dentistry. Our entire staff is fully trained in CPR. We also have an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) on site for your safety, and we are trained for using this device.
Office Procedures:
Each patient is required to complete one HIPPA form, and update a health history form annually. For your convenience these forms can be found here, completed at home and brought into the office at the time of your appointment. Most of this information is kept electronically for simplicity - you can update your information by simply signing our touch-sensitive digital pad, which date-stamps the file and eliminates the hassle of the forms.
Payment is expected at time of service or when billed, unless arrangements are made in advance. Please note we are happy to submit insurance claims on your behalf. However, a partial payment is expected at time of treatment for new patients, who may then be reimbursed when the insurance checks arrive. For your convenience we accept all Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards. We also offer a 3rd party credit loan program called "Care Credit".
