Dr. Lamont E Hesselgesser

I recently had dental work done and found Dr. Hesselgesser along with his entire staff to be very professional, compassionate and caring.

First off, the Secretary is very rude hard to understand and called me a liar in front of other patients. I believe they over charged my insurance comp at the time of service. She lied and said I made appts with her and never showed up. Which I no was not true it was a lie because I did not like ow I was being treated after e pulled 16 of my teeth for dentures. I kept telling him they hurt and were to big for me. I looked horrible. He wouldn't listen to me. So I was done with his services. I was looking for a new dentist so I no 100% she was lying. I did not call and schedule appts. She wouldn't let me talk. She always interrupts. Very very very rude. And to boot the entire office staff allows this woman to talk to and treat his patients like we are no body's. And if your not nice to her and kiss her butt and agree with her. You better be prepared for what she can and will do to let you know who has got the upper hand.

In the three years he's seen my family, I have found Dr. Hesselgesser to be unfailingly kind, gentle and compassionate. He is very conscious of your pain level and does everything to eliminate it. His office will always work with you. I recently broke off a cap (front tooth) and Dr. Hesselgesser came in early to fit the 1.5-hour procedure in the same day. The receptionist does have n accent. Deal with it. I wholeheartedly recommend this office.
