Dr Leon Nehmad was born and raised in Atlantic City, New Jersey. He attended Dickinson College, Carlisle, Pennsylvania and was accepted early admission to the University of Pennsylvania School of Dentistry. Upon graduation he served two years in the United States Navy Dental Corps stationed in Quantico, Virginia. He returned to the Graduate School of Medicine, University of Pennsylvania for his graduate certification in orthodontics.
His long wonderful career in orthodontics focusing on quality and caring has enabled Dr Nehmad, a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, to now treat many second generation patients.
Dr. Nehmad and his wife Pearl recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. They have three grown children and five beautiful grandchildren.
