Dr. Lewis R Morrison, DDS

Dr. Morrison established his practice in Clifton Park in 1973. He was the dental cosmetic consultant to Barbizon Modeling, is a fellow and past president of the National Academy of Chronic Disease, and is the past director of the St. Peter's Hospital Clinic for Tempero Mandibular Joint Treatment.
He has lectured to area study groups and appeared on local television and radio. He has frequently been featured in the local press to educate the public regarding innovations in dentistry. He has also published articles in several national dental journals.
Dr. Morrison has over 200 hours of continuing education in Dental Implantology. In 1969, he studied with one of the first implantologists, Dr. Isaah Lew in New York City, and Dr. Morrison started placing implants at that time. He then took a part-time mini implant residency at Harvard in 1985-1986. Dr. Morrison is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Osseointegration.

Dr. Morrison is a native of Albany and married his high school sweetheart Phyllis 40 years ago. They have 4 children, three of whom are still living. The youngest of these is David who is a senior at Buffalo Dental School and will be joining the practice in 2 years. He will be the third generation Morrison dentist. So far Dr. Morrison has been blessed with 3 gorgeous grand daughters.
Dr. Morrison has been very active in the community in fundraising for various religious and nonprofit organizations.
He is also very active in maintaining physical health. He regularly plays racquetball, bikes, skis and jogs. But his passion is windsurfing which he pursues on Saratoga Lake in the summer and wherever it is warm in the winter.
