Dr. Luis W Kim, DDS

Dr. Luis Kim, D.D.S. Dr. Luis W. Kim graduated from UCLA in 1997 with a major in Biology and a minor in Spanish Literature.  Dr. Kim went on to attend the University of California at San Francisco (UCSF) for doctorate in dental surgery.  Thereafter, he completed a residency in periodontics at UCSF attaining a Certificate in Periodontics and a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Oral and Craniofacial Sciences.  Dr. Kim is a member of OCDS, CDA, CSP (California Society of Periodontists), AAP (American Academy of Periodontology), and other professional groups dedicated to the practice of dentistry.  Dr. Kim attained valuable experience as an associate with several distinguished periodontists in Northern California after completing his residency.  Dr. Kim now maintains private practices in Berkeley and Newport Beach, CA, focusing on the treatment of gum diseases, regeneration of soft and hard oral tissues, and surgical placement of dental implants.  He is married, has two daughters, and lives in Orange County.  University of California, Los Angeles 1997 University of California, San Francisco 2002 University of California, San Francisco 2005 American Dental Association California Dental Association Orange County Dental Society American Academy of Periodontology California Society of Periodontists The American Academy of Implant Dentistry Academy of Osseointegration When I’m Not Practicing Dentistry…  I like to spend time with my family, read, play golf, and visiting museums.
