Dr. Marc Stuart Globerman

My original cleaning appointment with another Dentist the previous Saturday had been lost in the Lakeview Family Dental's system. That Saturday, I was scheduled for a cleaning on Monday, with another dentist; since my regular dentist was not, in that day. Then, on Monday, I received another surprise that Dr. Globerman came in to check my teeth after my cleaning, since the other dentist was not in. Immediately, he took his pointed metal tool, and scraped it against a small burn, I had on the roof of my mouth. He asked me " Did that hurt?" OF COURSE if you scrape the top of an inflamed area with a metal tool, it will hurt. I'm not sure why he did not use his finger to give it a touch. I tried to explain I had burned myself, drinking something hot. He condescendingly said, "Okay, we'll let you self diagnose yourself, for now...But if it doesn't clear up in a week, give us a call." Makes me wonder if he's like this with young women, in general. I'm almost 30, and I know what it's like to… burn my mouth. He tried to explain that it was a "pimple"...I'm not sure if he is aware, but "a pimple" is a comedo resulting from excess sebum, and dead skin cells getting trapped, in the pores of the skin...He tried to show me it with a small camera, but he was unable to, due to the fact that he couldn't use the camera properly... I honestly wanted to run out of that chair, as fast as I could. I wouldn't ever see him again, or trust him with my mouth.
