THIRD PARTY DENTAL BENEFIT PLANS (DENTAL INSURANCE)
For those patients with a dental benefit plan, we will gladly work with you to obtain your maximum benefit. We will assist you in submitting pre-treatment estimates to determine what your dental benefits are, and we are happy to file your claims for you. We will arrange to have the payment from your dental plan made directly to you.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are …happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.

We have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

We are able to offer short term, no interest financing to qualified applicants. In addition, extended term low interest plans allow the cost of treatment to be spread out over two or more years. We work with three different companies and can help you choose the plan that best serves your needs. Give us a call to answer any questions you may have.
