His assistant broke one of my teeth while cleaning them before seeing him. I told him, but he refused to do anything about it. Had to get it fixed at another dentist office.

my husband was suffering with tooth pain. We didnt even call just went to the office. My husband had never been a paitent. They had him back within 10 mins he was out in 30. They did a temp filling and xray. He was refered to an oral surgon with that apt the next day. They removed 2 wisdom teeth and problem was solved! Halls office only charged for the xray. They were very nice and helpful. As i said he was not a paitent and had no appointment! They are awesome!

I went in with broken tooth, I had insurance and they said I didn't and to call my insurance. I went home called my insurance and they verified I had it. called Dr. Hall's office back and they gave me a hard time. I am in pain and they wouldn't help me out. WILL NEVER GO BACK AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE THAT WILL LISTEN HOW BAD THEY'RE OFFICE IS. "DON'T GO THERE"
