No pain! Fast, efficient and I actually look forward to my appointments!

Dr. Herman came very well recommended so I went there for a consultation to have a crown done. They give you a "proposed treatment plan" with your charges and services. I was not sure what it all meant so I called to simply inquire on my charges - she said she would have to ask Dr. Herman and get back to me. Well evidently this man is so completely full of himself that he got offended that I had the nerve to ask about what the charges were for and he told his associate to tell me he was not going to do it and I could see someone else. Excuse me, what? I'm pretty sure that most people would want to know what is going to be done in their mouth and how much it is going to cost when it's thousands of dollars. I was just shocked. Incredibly unprofessional. And the office is run like a puppy mill - soooo many people working there, so many patients, everyone is a number and it is completely unorganized. I have since gone somewhere else where they had no problem explaining what my costs… were, oh and the new place charged me $800 less and the dentist is actually a Prosthedontist so my crown was perfect..Beware when they do not want to explain all your "charges," it's because you do not need to have them. And a dentist who gets defensive when a patient wants to know what is being done on them and associated costs does not have your best interests in mind...

I scheduled an appointment for my son and daughter who were having dental emergencies. An x-ray was taken on my son a bite wing x-ray. Dr. Herman looked at the x-ray and said I will not tell you anything until you have a cleaning in this office I can do that in a half an hour for both patients in your family. I explained to him that we came so that he could diagnose the issue with the tooth for my son and the teeth that were bothering my daughter and then we were not there at this time for any other reason to have a cleaning that that could be done at another appointment. He refused and got angry at that point I said “would you please give me the x-ray I will pay you for that“. Dr. Herman said “why do you want the x-ray“ I said I want to get another opinion. At that point he got very rude very angry and told me that he would not treat my family in his office and that we should “GET OUT”.May I add I am a former dental office manager for my late husband who practice dentistry and… orthodontics for many years. I am very very upset at the way I was treated and the rudeness and verbal abuse from Dr. Herman, I would definitely not recommend anyone to go to this office.

Dr. Herman is an excellent dentist. Office staff very nice and professional. Dental hygienist do a great job. I've had several procedures in this office from Doctor Herman and other dentists that work with him. Excellent work from all of them. Never had any complications.

I have been a patient for almost 10 years. The staff is always friendly, and I have always received top notch care. Highly recommend.

Rude staff, also they do unnecessary procedures and charge you for it. You want a good service? You won't get it there! Hope this review was helpful in your decision. Good luck!
