Dr. Grubb recently removed our son's wisdom teeth, a procedure we had all been dreading a bit. But when we arrived at the office we were put at ease by the professional, knowledgeable, and courteous staff. Dr. Grubb looked at my son's scan and gave us a sense of his personal risk before beginning the procedure. We were sent home with all the materials we needed and clear instructions. We would definitely recommend Northeast Oral Surgery to anyone.

I had a very positive experience with my two procedures at northeast oral surgery. Dr. Grubb was very kind and professional. He answered all of my questions and concerns. The office staff is very friendly and provides clear instructions for after care.

My daughter went in to have her wisdom teeth extracted by Dr Grubb. He was awful! The novocaine was injected into her blood stream so my daughter came out of the anesthesia feeling all the pain of the incisions and removal of her teeth. He explained, that he gave her 8 injections and she isn’t feeling anything. Basically calling my daughter a liar, while she is crying. They did give her some Tylenol but that did nothing. In the meantime my daughters blood pressure and heart rate escalated to a very dangerous level. They doctor came back in with the rudest attitude and only further up set my16 year old daughter, where I had to ask him to leave, that he was not helping in anyway shape or form. They administered iv pain medication too calm her. Three days later we had to go back into the office because my daughters inside mouth was purple, bruising from where he administered the anesthesia. At this point, I think he realized he screwed up, BIG! That was after I had… another doctor look at her. Basically, lazy and crappy work. He was recommended by my dentist but wish I had drove to see Dr SARKA in Waterville. Went back on Tuesday again because she was still in pain, bruised and swollen, he said she coming along. On a side note, Richard, his assistant was very good. Talks very fast to get through everything. He got into all the things that could happen except what happens if the doctors is in competent and can’t give novocaine correctly. I have pictures to document all of this if you’d like to see.

Absutely the worst dental practice I've ever been in contact with. Procedure started a year ago and will not even give x Ray results. Staff is rude and constantly cancels appointments
