Dr. Givan earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Texas Christian University. He received his DDS Degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in 1978. He established his General Dentistry practice in Fort Worth the same year.
Dr. Givan regularly attends continuing education seminars to stay ahead in the practice of dentistry. He holds professional affiliations with the following groups:

Dr. Givan and his wife Cynthia were married in 1975. They have two children - Megan and Grant. They are active members of McKinney Memorial Bible Church. They enjoy outdoor activities, traveling, and their two English Springer Spaniels.
