Dr. Mark I Groskin

I've been Dr. Groskin’s patient for nearly 25 years and have only ever had positive experiences. Over the years I've referred numerous friends to his office and they too have only had wonderful experiences. Dr. G's professional skill is unmatched, which is why I won’t see anyone else. He is very personable, funny, and extremely skilled at what he does. He and his staff are always very accommodating and attentive to their patients. Dr. G is also extremely knowledgeable and uses all the latest technologies to treat his patients with state of the art equipment. I have never experienced any excessive waiting before getting in to my appointments. To the reviewers saying he is always on vacation-- either Dr. G or his associate Dr. Yorko are in the office full-time. His entire office staff is wonderful as well. Dr. G makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience and I always leave with a good laugh! Highly recommend this office!

Great guy and dentist but he is never there so the staff does what they want. today was the final straw. came in at 950 for a cleaning. another pt came in at ten ten for the same time. i saw tracy keep coming out to look at the paperwork. the woman who came in after me by 10 minutes was put before me and at ten 20 i was still there sitting. this goes back to words i had with tracy when the fill in dentist refused a much needed root canal because he was afraid of it even though i have never had a problem . i had to spen 1500 out of my own pocket and wait in agony for days. i got up and left and after 30 years will never return. that place has fallen to curb low!

If you've ever had the good fortune to meet someone who is called to do what they do for a living, then you are blessed ! Caring for people by treating their teeth is really Mark's gift. I am always set at ease by Mark's calm, gentle manner - which makes it easier for me to relax and let him handle the issue. He has such a compassionate way of focussing his attention solely on his patients - a true doctor!

I have been a patient here for the last few years and never had an issue before. I recently enrolled my children as patients. They are 13 and 14 yrs old. My son had to get some fillings taken care of and we had an appointment this morning. He is on the spectrum and also has Sensory Intergrated Dysfuntion..these were written down on his paperwork that I filled out. My son came back out to the waiting room and the dental Hygientist informed me in a full waiting room that the dentist was referring him to a pediatric dentist and the dentist refuses to finish his fillings. Confused , I asked why. She told me her was apprehensive and afraid. She said she would find someone for me to talk to. As I was waiting, I asked my son what happened and he said while the dentist was drilling, he told him that he could feel it and he thinks he needs more numbing medicine. He was not crying, screaming or out of control. He said he did not do anything else. My son is a very respectful child. His sister was… in the next room and said she didn't hear him once and I was right down the hall with the door opens and I also did not hear him. Not once did the dentist or Hygeintist come to get me from the waiting room, if he was having an issue. I would of liked to know or see if I can be of some help with him. Still do not have any clearity why the dentist is refusing to see him. Then Jill who works at the front desk who has no idea her self what transpired in the room calls me back to a room to offer me a referral. I am not interestedin taking one child to Dr. Groskin's office and another to anither dentist. I still have NO answers to what happened and why he refuses to see my son. Jill was rude. shrugged her shoulders and me and gave me lots of attitude. I lost my temper, I'll admit. The whole situation and lack of communication and the way I was treated was too much. I am defiently leaving this office. I'm a little sad because I loved Enza! She was my hygeintist and she's great but this one incident whiped away good feelings that I had about this office.
