I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr Kozacko and had a great experience. Everyone in the office was very friendly and professional. The insurance people checked my benefits ahead of time and I had very little out of pocket expense. The surgery was a breeze and I had very little pain or swelling afterward. Plus the doctor called me later the night is surgery to check on me. I thought that was a really nice touch. I highly recommend this office.

I had an extraction done at this office. The front desk was very knowledgeable about insurance. They checked my benefits and called me prior to the surgery day to explain everything. Dr. Kozacko and clinical staff were amazing. Very caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Kozacko called later that day to find out how I was doing. I definitely recommend this office to anyone who needs an oral surgeon.

I had 2 procedures done at this office. Both of them went very well. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable . Dr. Kozacko seems to genuinely care for his patients. Great office.

I have had a few surgeries here and have had all great experiences. Dr Kozacko and all his staff are very friendly and seem happy to be working there. I had a tooth extracted and an implant placed. Both surgeries went great and I had very little discomfort. Plus they checked my insurance coverage and gave me a very nice payment plan on my out of pocket balance. I hope I don't need any more Oral Surgery but if I do i will definitely come back to Dr Kozacko!!!

So Disappointed - Two separate consultation fees, really? I had the pleasure to worked with Dr Kozacko and his office for the past six years. Both my kids had a wonderful experience in having all four wisdom teeth removed. He is very easy to talk with and he made my kids feel at ease going into the procedure. Unfortunately, I was just recently referred to him for a simple tooth extraction which will also include an implant (after a 3-month healing timeframe). I was looking forward to working with Dr Kozacko and his office from start to finish to get this procedure complete--as I'm very familiar with him and his office staff (great staff). When I called to make my appointment for the extraction I expected a consultation fee--which is normal; however they also informed me that after the extraction, and prior to the implant I would be charged another consultation fee, why? Let's talk about the entire procedure at the initial consultation....so disappointed. All said and… done--I'm going to another Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon that charges one consultation fee for the entire procedure. This is why we have the power of choice.

I had a great experience at Dr. Kozacko's office. I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed and it was a breeze. Minimal swelling or pain. I don't remember a thing about the surgery because I slept through the whole thing. That's the way I wanted it. I Highly recommend this office!!!
