He continues to serve in his profession as a delegate to the Utah Dental Association and is a past-president of a local dentists study club.
Dr. Pettit grew up in Northern California and now resides in Salt Lake City with his wife Becky and their 3 sons. He enjoys cycling (mountain biking is great - but road is religion) and skiing (can't ride all the time and need to do something in the winter). He is also involved in Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts.
His favorite new toy is a digital x-ray system. He wishes it were a new bike, but the digital x-ray system was for the greater good of all. His goal for the year is to drink less soda and more water (he is a dentist after all), and to ride his bike to work more often.
