There is no way Dr. Pochebit should be anything but 5 stars. I have gone to him for 20 years and, with a history of anxiety in the dental chair, my care has been a total success. Dr. Pochebit is an excellent dentist who incorporates new technology with old-fashioned dedication and hard work. He is always available, it's easy to make appointments (even in an emergency.) His office is pleasant and tidy and Lillian (the office manager) is the ultimate expert in billing and setting appointments.

On my first visit, I was given some paper work and in it there was a question on chief concern. I specifically wrote that â??I do not want to come in to your office for regular checkup and go with an issue!â?? This is exactly what occurred. I went to his office for biannual cleaning three times. First two cleaning sessions went fine however on the last visit I was told that an x-ray should be done. I agreed and the staff technician took an x-rays. The doctor looked at it and told me that there may be a minor cavity however he said that the x-ray was not clear. So about 6 more x-ray were attempted. All this was in complete disregard to the hazards of x-ray. The Doc confirmed a minor cavity and asked me to make an appointment. Well the so called minor cavity was fixed so poorly by this doctor that until today I cannot use my one side of teeth. My life has changed by what was supposed to be a routine cleaning session. Following the cavity filling session the doctor was unavailable… due to his family problems. (I was told). His staff was callus to my suffering and refused to arrange an appointment with his backup dentists. All this time the staff was texting him. Later when I arranged an appointment with another doctor, the staff refused to forward my x-rays to the new doctor. I had to drive to his office and hand deliver the record to the new doctor. All this with pain level of 7 out of 10. With the new doctor I had to go through root canal and crown to get the pain resolved. The tooth that Dr Poachbit fixed for minor cavity is now just for cosmetic use. My life has changed after that visit. I wish I could sue him
