Dr. Mark E Potocki, DDS

Following a consult, during which Dr. Potocki showed little warmth, I made arrangements at the front desk to schedule wisdom teeth extractions. I am, incidentally, a middle aged woman of modest means. When the receptionist/manager proposed a date I said, "let me check my calendar" (I had other medical appointments in the time frame she mentioned). Dr. Potocki was nearby, looking in a file cabinet, and shot out, "I'm sure you'll have to clear your calendar!" The office manager cringed. I am afraid this type of disrespect is all too common among healthcare professionals, and a public too quick to make excuses for them.

I had a filling in a front tooth that had been filled and refilled by other dentists. The filling would last maybe one year. Then thru my brother Bill Tavella I met Dr. Potocki. He filled the tooth once and the filling is still in place, can't be seen, and it has been at least 15 years since the work was done. I now live in Davison Michigan and wish Dr. Potocki was closer to my home.
