I was uncertain about Dr. Ryser and staff after my initial visit. A few bobbles and blunders communicating with my insurance company:( My surgery visit and follow-up visit changed everything. Friendly, professional, informative about the procedure and post-procedure instructions...5 stars without question. Keep up the good work everyone! I couldn't be more pleased. I recommend Dr. Mark Ryser to anyone without hesitation.

The office staff at Dr. Ryser's office is shady and deceitful in their billing practices. They billed me at the time of service after checking with my insurance and gave me a total amount due. I paid the amount stated at the time of service and then received a bill months later staying I was 90 days past due on an additional charge from their office! This was the first letter I had received from the office. I should not have received an additional bill as I was told the total amount due and paid at the office. The only thing listed on the bill was "balance forward" and didn't list any other information of what it was for. Proper billing would at least list what the charges are for specifically. After calling and not getting a hold of anyone I left a message and still never heard back and had to continue calling. Horrible customer service! I can also feel the gums receding in the back where the extraction was performed and I don't think they removed one side properly due to it healing… oddly. I would recommend going somewhere else!!!

This is the second doctor that I visited and the difference was night and day. He helped me understand the situation and was very personable. The staff was also very nice.
