Website claims full range of dental work? I went for a second opinion before having an extraction!! He would not extract & referred me to an oral surgeon--yet another general dentist in same area got me in the next day to do the extraction!! Claims x-rays are digital but appears according to the dentist who read them they are NOT!! Practice manager did not know anything about the insurance office takes. I had insurance and Delta discount plan. Total price with Delta was $50. I called my insurance and said this practice should take insurance. I asked submit claim to insurance. Insurance paid $28. So they first said I should pay $92. But arguing with OM she insisted I still should pay $50 and refused return $28 to insurance.Very nasty & disrespectful office manager!! Dentist was too lazy to even read my long complaint email or even give me the courtesy of a reply! Risrespectful BIG TIME!!
