Dr. Mark and his staff are the best out there! I can honestly tell you that when you pull into the driveway, you can relax, and be comfortable knowing you will be treated with the utmost care. Upon entering the office you are greeted by one of the best receptionists out there and her name is Kathy. She always makes you feel welcome and comfortable. The atmosphere is spa-like and you are treated with smiles the whole way. After a short wait, you are then welcomed in by a smiling assistant who kindly escorts you to your room. What channel would you like to watch is asked, but by my 5th visit they know I am a fan of HGTV because I may get distracted. Dr. Mark is yes, the best dentist I ever had and always have a good time (I know, believe me this is a dental office review), who uses advanced, modern technology. I couldn't believe the large view of my x-rays with came with guidance and… instruction. Painless procedures are fast, thorough and totally pleasant in my opinion. I also had a fantastic cleaning by Peggy the best hygienest I have ever come across. I have toured Manhattan, NYC dental offices all my life. Dr. Mark has no hidden fees, and all is discussed with you before and after procedures. Well done Sophisticated Smiles!ï»¿
