He then continued his cosmetic dental training and became a full mouth graduate at the prestigious Illinois Institute, Arrowhead international and Occlusion Connections. His comprehensive training in advanced neuromuscular dentistry makes him part of elite group of dentists. Dr. Jacob is a member of the Chicago Dental Society , Illinois State DentalSociety and the American Dental Association. Currently, Dr. Jacob is the President of the North Suburban Branch of the Chicago Dental Society, and is a Delegate to the Illinois State Dental Society. He is the past President of the Independent Dental Organization and has served on various committees for the dental society. Dr. Jacob and his wife …live locally, with their two children aged 10 and 15. Dr. Jacob is an avid biker, golfer and a continuous student.
