Dr. Martha S Cassity

Dr. Martha S. Cassity, D.M.D., began her collegiate career completing a Bachelors and Masters program in Speech and Language Pathology from the University of Kentucky.  She went on to attend the University of Kentucky School of Dentistry, completing a Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree as well as completing a  General Practice Residency (advanced training in general dentistry).  
She then practiced general dentistry for three years in Georgetown, Kentucky before returning to the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry to complete a  specialty residency in Periodontics.  
Dr. Cassity has found her advanced training  in general dentistry and her years in private practice general dentistry to be a great asset  in working with periodontal patients and their general dentists.  Dr. …Cassity served several years as a part-time faculty member at the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry.  She has been a past-president of the Greater Cincinnati Society of Periodontists.

On a Personal Note
Dr. Cassity has two grown children, and one young granddaughter.  She is an avid airplane pilot and mechanic, as well as motorcycle rider.  In the summer of 2009 alone, she and her husband rode over 7,000 miles.   
Nature and wildlife are another passion. Each of the patient chairs in the practice face a garden with bird feeders, so patients can share in the peaceful effects of the natural world.
