Dr. Mathew Charles Gordon, MD

I'll be honest. Going into this place, I was a little bit nervous. Whenever you are dealing with possible surgery on your face, you are understandably concerned. I read the reviews online hoping to get a feel for what this place would be like. There was a good mix of both good and bad reviews. I wasn't really sure what to expect. From the moment I walked in the door though, I knew I had made a good decision. All the ladies working in the office and the assistants were very nice, friendly and helpful. As for Dr. Gordon, I could not have imagined a better visit. He took the time to listen to all my questions (which were a lot), answer them in an understandable way, and went way above and beyond in explaining things and making sure I knew my options. He's very knowledgeable and has been practicing for quite a long time. I ended up not needing surgery, but if I did, I would definitely choose to have it done here. I would feel comfortable being operated on by someone with such extensive… experience and who is so patient and willing to answer questions. Having someone that listens is always a huge deal to me. Dr. Gordon even told me that he is available 24/7 anytime I need to talk and that I would hear from him probably in about 15 to 20 minutes. I seriously cannot say it enough how good of an experience it was.

The office was clean, the staff were friendly and competent and the doctor had a friendly personality and performed the oral surgery quickly and effectively.

Visited Dr. Gordon recently because of a mass in my mouth that was increasing in size. I waited about 20 minutes in one of their rooms and was able to overhear Dr. Gordon's exchange with the patient next door to me. I was immediately concerned at his attitude and condescending tone towards what seemed to be a very anxious patient. My conversation with him went exactly how I expected after hearing his previous interaction with a patient. He was condescending to me and recited almost word for word exactly what he had said to the patient before me. I was shocked. This guy is supposed to be a professional and he sounded like he was literally giving me a scripted speech. He also somehow got the wrong information from the front office and told me "You didn't bring an X-Ray," when I asked him about the copy of a previously conducted X-Ray I had given to his nurses at the front office. After looking for it and talking to several nurses he came back with no apology and rudely informed… me that I in fact did not bring my X-Ray; I brought a COPY of my X-Ray. Come on, guy. You really want to go there? He then proceeded to inform me that he was certain I had simply never noticed the mass in my mouth. It's doubled in size since seeing him and I'm not going to give him or his practice another penny. Screw this guy. I've never, EVER, had an issue like this with a medical professional in my life. TLDR; Unprofessional and condescending. Gave me an inaccurate diagnosis. Didn't care about my concerns.

Claims to be on call 24x7, but will not call you back after hours.

Had a great experience with him. Really took care of me well. Recommended.

I had a great experience with Dr. Largent.He explained every step and his assistant was awesome and also the front receptionist were attentive and courteous and answering every question. I would definitely recommend this surgeon.

Staff is the worst!!! I went in to have a my wisdom tooth extracted and had to go back and have the wound sutured, I was bleeding tremendously and all staff could tell me is I should of changed my shirt before I got there because the other customers could see me. I literally blead all over my shirt driving there. No concern for my wellbeing. I was very unsatisfied with the staff there. They need a lesson in customer service and manners.
