Dr. Matilda Dhima, DDS

My family had numerous issues with this office. While Dr. Dhima is very soft spoken & friendly, you will spend almost 1/2 day there & although you sign a treatment plan with an amount owed, you will find that for one reason or another, they will say some type of error occurred & they will say you now owe more than they originally told you.

Wife had an appointment with hopes of getting her dental issues one step closer to being taken care of. Promises of possibilities and being told repeatedly that yes everything will work out. Upon hearing that she would not be installing the implants started to lie to my wife and back out of previous claims. Not only did this person lie about medical practices, they had the nerve to claim outrageous prices such as 80k almost 30k above the most expensive estimates at other places and that searching for a provider based on our dental insurance wasn't a good idea. They then went on to charge her a ten dollar covid prevention fee without informing her beforehand. All of this also took multiple hours when they literally did nothing but charge us ten dollars, meaning i had to miss hours of work so that my wife could be charged ten dollars to be lied to.
