Dr. Matthew Allen Wetzel

After a little more than a decade of brushing my teeth over aggressively I needed two surgical grafts, and was referred to Dr. Wetzel. Before my consultation I was a little apprehensive; my main worry was that I would be in so much pain I wouldn’t be able to go to work. After my first surgery I was totally impressed at the lack of pain; Ibuprofen and Tylenol were all I needed. The second graft was equally tolerable, but in a slightly more sensitive area, making the acetaminophen and ibuprofen necessary but still adequate. I’d rate both surgeries a 2.5 on a 1-10 pain scale. All the staff were/are really nice and made me feel taken care of every time I was there, and Dr. Wetzel took extra time to answer all my silly questions and explain the procedures in depth to satisfy my curiosity and make me feel more comfortable. If you need Perio work I would, without hesitation, recommend Dr. Wetzel.
