After receiving a BS in biology from the University of Toledo, Dr. Allen earned his DDS from The Ohio State University. He is committed to helping our patients understand their overall oral and facial health while providing them with personalized, state of the art treatment solutions. Dr. Allen founded Godley Station Dental in 2004 with a desire to build a patient centered practice with an experience and level of service that changed the way his patients felt about a visit to the dentist.
Constantly in pursuit of excellence, Dr. Allen has trained extensively with some of the nations finest cosmetic and reconstructive dentists including the Ross Nash Institute and the Hornbrook Group. He is currently enrolled in a five year program to attain mastership status in the Academy of General Dentistry, a distinction that fewer than 1% of dentists in the nation achieve. In addition, he is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Georgia Dental Association, …the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, The American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, and The Crown Council. Dr. Allen strongly believes in continuing education and strives to stay at the forefront of the profession.
Dr. Allen and his wife Melinda, are the proud parents of two sons, Brayden and Avery, and one daughter, Leighton. Outside of the practice, Dr. Allen enjoys playing golf and tennis, boating, travel, and spending time with his friends and family. He is also a volunteer at the Union Mission homeless shelter in Savannah.
