Dr. Kim-Park, DDS, MS was born in South Korea and moved to the United States when she was five years old. She graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts in Music and Pre-Dental studies in 1993. From there she attended the Medical College of Virginia on a military scholarship and graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) in 1997. Upon graduation, she was commissioned as Captain in the US Army Dental Corps and completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (A.E.G.D.). She served as the Brigade Dental Surgeon for 1st Brigade, 101st Airborne Division, Ft. Campbell, KY until 2000.Â
Dr. Kim-Park graduated with a Masters of Science (M.S.) in Dentistry and a certificate in Endodontics in 2002 from the Medical College of Virginia and shortly thereafter, in July of 2002 she opened her private practice in Murfreesboro, TN. Â Â She is a specialist member of the American Association of Endodontists, American Dental …Association, Tennessee Academy of Endodontists, Middle Tennessee Society for Advanced Dentistry, and has had a published thesis article in the Journal of Endodontics (Jan 2003).Â
