Dr. Melany Bloomquist was born in Seattle, Washington, (just as her own father was graduating from the University of Washington School of Dentistry) and raised in Port Orchard. She attended Orchard Heights and Manchester elementary schools. Marcus Whitman and John Sedqwick Jr. Highs, and is a 1986 graduate of South Kitsap High School. Dr. Bloomquist attended Washington State University and Arizona State University throughout the late 1980's. In 1994 she received her Doctorate from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. She has practiced excellent general dentistry ever since!
Dr. Bloomquist enjoys traveling, home decorating, skiing, clam digging and especially her family. She is the mother of young twins Phillip and Phoebe, and lives with them along wither husband, Steve in Port Orchard.
