Dr. Melissa Anne Jones

This wasn't my first visit with Dr. Jones, however it's been a while since I last visited. She is an amazing person and doctor and her staff is great! I would definitely return and send people I know you her! Keep up the good work!!

This office needs work. The DDS does good work but that is about it. I began not to trust her opinion bc everything seemed to be the most evasive procedure or treatment they could bill for. Your appointments will be cancelled for the weekends if the Dentist does not feel like coming. She will guarantee you a weekend appointment and then cancel . She has done that to me every time I make a weekend appointment. Please be mindful to question what they charge you for bc some of the medical assistants are not knowledgable of the break down for billing, bc on a particular time I asked if I would be charged for the service, the assistant said no but I was charged anyway. You will have high wait times. I've been over 10 times and with the exception of 2 visits I've always waited a min of 20-30 mins. It is possible that you will be fustrated using this office.

I found them very unprofessional. They call at last minute to reschedule your appoint because the dentist won't be in. Then call a day ahead to confirm with a wrong time. Only to say they have to rescedule again due to a fault of their own. I will never see them again.
