"I am writing to express my acknowledgement for the outstanding experience Doctor Dean provided to myself. In this day of “patient service” one can only hope that the experience will meet expectations. Unfortunately, most often I have found this not to be the case. This is especially true in my experiences when dealing with the health care community as a whole. Doctor Dean underscores and clearly defines what PREMIER patient service is and should be. Her attention to detail and most importantly her communication and excellent people skills clearly sets the experience apart from others I have visited. From the scheduling, the procedure itself and the after care was outstanding. When was the last time a doctor provided their personal cell phone number if you needed to contact them directly after the visit? In my case I did need to reach out to her as the antibiotic prescribed, I had a reaction to and needed to have a different prescription called in. One call and it was seamlessly… accomplished. It is for this reason that I strongly encourage without reservation anyone seeking periodontal care to strongly consider this outstanding practitioner. After all is it not the people that differentiate them from the others?"

Dr. Tricamo is incredible. She is through, efficient, charming, caring and extremely capable. I didn't know what to expect from my implant and my sister had a terrible experience with hers. I cannot say enough good things about the work Dr. Tricamo did. If I have to drive 100 miles, I will always have her do implants and any other work I need done that she does.
