Dr. Z- I had two implants put in about 8 months ago. I had no issues. It was time for my impressions for my crowns. I went in and Dr Z was not the one who was doing my impressions. It was another dentist. He seemed rushed and didn’t take his time. So when the crowns came Dr Z put them on the implants. It was a horrible experience. Crowns did not match the teeth on the left side. It was overly huge and didn’t fit into my upper gums. The black plate was showing at gum line. Him and his assistant were throwing out comments, it’s perfect. I had told him don’t seal it until I approve. When I looked in the mirror I was so overwhelmed with sadness and tears were flowing. I asked him to send them back. He was very rude. He was over aggressive with taking the crowns out. Also, the color was way off. 3 weeks later, time for my second fitting. There was no change except for the color of my crowns were ok. The black at the top of my crowns was still there and the size of my… crowns never changed. It looked hideous. He said he couldn’t file or shave them down. So I was not happy and asked him to fix the black on my crowns at the gum line. He told me if it doesn’t come back any better, this is all he could do. 3 weeks later the 3rd fitting. Nothing absolutely nothing changed. I was so disappointed in his work and demeanor. I told him to seal it. I left and made an appointment with another dentist. My appointment with another dentist finally happened on April 24th. Just as I thought, Dr Z had put in one implant completely wrong. And the other was doable. The new dentist was giving me options. He told me he could grind them down to match my other side. So if the new dentist can file them down why couldn’t Dr Z. But, this will not improve the showing of the black plate on my gum. I’ll have to go the cheapest way right now, because after giving thousands of dollars to Dr Z my pockets are empty. Please be aware of this dental office. Affordable dentures is no cheaper than the dentist that I’m having to fix all Dr Z mistakes. I will be posting before and after pictures soon.

Dr. Zelleke is a serious, outstanding dentist. He has such a humble personality and possess a very calming effect in his practice. If you are in need of a beautiful natural smile, Dr. Zelleke is your doctor. What other practices charge for implants, you will come out with a complete set for less than half at Affordable Dentures. I highly recommend this practice.
