Education
A native Texan, I graduated from Texas Tech University in 1975 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology, and a minor concentration in chemistry. I received my Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in 1980.

I am pleased to have established my practice in the Irving area since 1980 - serving the central North Texas community for nearly 30 years.

Dr. Bedwell, is an exceptionally gifted dentist and has a very excellent supporting team- Though I moved from Texas more than 10 years ago, but I still take the time to see him every time I am in the area. Honest, very professional and accommodating, he even opened on a Saturday for me due to tight schedule. I have two little boys on the Autism Spectrum, extremely sensitive to sound or having anything in their mouths- but they love to go and have their teeth cleaned there. The older one even had few fillings done without being put under.

This past year I had an absessed tooth. I received excellent dental care from Dr. Bedwell. He takes time with you making sure your dental problem is cleared up.

Dr. Bedwell is a great dentist. I was his patient for 30 years, but he quit taking my insurance (which was already paid for), so I had to find someone else. He does great work.

Dr. Bedwell is a nice & jolly person apart from being an excellent Dentist. The staff is quite understanding and works with your schedule. I even took my elderly mom who was afraid of seeing dentists but her extractions were quite smooth and she was quite comfortable with her experience.

Good dentist and staff except for front desk person. Horrible and unprofessional!
