Dr. Toms and his staff are very professional, explained everything and took great care of me. I highly recommend Dr. Toms.

My mom started the process for dental implants over a year ago. Dr Toms pulled all her bottom teeth over a year ago and she STILL doesn’t have the implants. The office keeps making excuses and has canceled on her several times. Very unprofessional business practice. He has put my mom through unnecessary pain and suffering through his negligence. Would never recommend him.

This dental office tells you things are covered when they are not!! Run don't walk to anyone besides this dentist and his dishonest office staff!! You could be left holding the bag on a big bill that you thought and they tell you is covered!! I would give them zero stars but could not!!

After over 2k out of pocket and told we are paid in full - 9 months later we get an almost 1700 bill. They told us insurance would cover rest but they were wrong - never would have paid close to 5k out of pocket if they would have told us - scammers

Dr. Toms is an exemplary, caring periodontist who I can heartily recommend. His staff is friendly and efficient. His hygienist, Ashley, is the finest, most sensitive dental assistant I have ever encountered

After 10 fairly intense oral surgeries over the 8 months (yesterday being the ultimate worst, and hopefully the last), I consider myself to be somewhat of an expert with regard to great periodontist/ oral surgeons. Over the years, thanks to Sjögren’s Syndrome, I have seen my share of such professionals. Hands down, Dr, Michael Toms and his amazing staff, located in Delhi /Western Hills, are at the very top of the list of great providers! As torturous as this road has been, and when I most likely would have given up anywhere else, Dr. Toms, Jen, Laurie, Tara.....everyone there......made this journey so much more bearable than anticipated! Given their level of care, expertise, professionalism, compassion, and even humor, I found myself actually looking forward to each next appointment. If there was a concern, they addressed and made sure I was good with their response. My comfort was always their priority. I can guarantee you I would never want to go through all this again,… but if I had to, I would only do it if I could have these folks on my team. I cannot day enough good about them, or thank them enough for all they have done to carry me through.
