I've been extremely disappointed in their lack of customer service. Prior to my procedure they checked for my dental coverage & said I had out of pocket expense. I explained that I had already called & it was covered. They said they rechecked & I still had to pay. After I received my EOB which showed all covered & paid, I was correct it was covered. I called them every month for 4 months with no return call for my refund. Today they finally called me & are charging me$43 for a merchant fee for my refund. I explained again that I had stated in the beginning I should not have a balance yet they wouldn't schedule me until I paid up front. They refused to do the right thing, still charged me the$43 to refund me money I never should've had to pay. She stated they are"working on their staff process of insurance" yet I have to pay the price for their not taking responsibility for their lack of knowledge and experience insurance. It's bad business practice & questionable Integrity.

This team goes out of their way to help patients navigate the difficult and sometimes scary process of going to dental appointments. They spend extensive time with you describing the procedure and how to take care of it and the ins and outs of insurance to ensure there are no surprises. If you are still nervous about the procedure, they offer nitrous gas and for surgeries offer oral or iv sedation. Great team!

Very clean and caring office.

I had such a great experience with Dr. Chiulli. He is professional and very knowledgeable. Great personality - which put me at ease before and after getting my procedure done. What made me feel even more comfortable...he had answers to all of my questions. Would recommend to anyone who needs a periodontist!
