I saw Dr. Collura on an emergency referral from my general dentist. I had a bad toothache due to an infected root. Dr. Collura got me in the very next day at 7:30 AM. The root canal was painless and took all of 20 minutes. I was pain-free when the novocaine wore off. Dr. Collura is highly professional, all business, and very skilled and thorough. He uses a microscope to make sure he gets the tooth completely sterilized. Fantastic doctor. Nice clean office. Highly recommended. He also accepted my UFT insurance in full. If you need a root canal Dr. Collura is the person to see.

After I waited 2 months for my appointment there, I was sent back home without seeing this Dentist, 7am on Friday. They also were very rude and they treat patients like Stupid people!!!!!! They said their System was Down for more than a week...very umprofessional staff!! Don’ t go there!! I really hope his office, from Dr Collura, is going to close forever!!!!!!!! run out of bussines??

I HAD 2 ROOT CANALS DONE AT THE MANHATTAN OFFICE. THE RECEPTIONISTS AT THE DESK ARE VERY RUDE WITH BAD ATTITUDES. THEY DO NOT WANT TO HELP PATIENTS AND TALK BAD ABOUT THEM. THEY MADE MY VISIT VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO ANY BODY!!!

Causes fear and uneasiness. Very unprofessional and impatient.

Not good with patients who are apprehensive. Criticizes other dentists and practices even when they provide referrals to him.

i was not actually seeing by him but by Dr. Porras. i did an amazing job. a root canal could not be finish at another clinic he finished in less than one hr. my night mare for a week had just came to an end.. thanks

I recently had a root canal done in this office by Dr.collura and I just have to say that he is great!!!!!! very fast and Efficient. the office is very modern , clean and neat. Would not go anywhere else for root canal.

AVOID THIS DOCTOR! UNSAFE! I was referred to him for a root canal because my normal dentist wasnâ??t available and it was an emergency. 24 hours after the procedure, my jaw and neck started to swell up, I started having trouble swallowing and the pain became unbearable. I went to the hospital emergency room where I was diagnosed with a staph infection in my jaw (the swelling was cellulitis), which the hospital said I most likely contracted through the root canal. I had to take off work for ten days while going back to the hospital four more times and for two more procedures until finally the infection went away at the 30 day mark. Yes, it took 30 days! The worst part? I wrote Dr. Collura a detailed, thoughtful letter to explain what happened and ask for my out-of-pocket payment back (just a fraction of all the hospital bills). That was three weeks ago and I have heard nothing from him. He clearly doesnâ??t care about patient safety of satisfaction.

Dr collura and staff are the best in the whole world I went to drcollura office in a lot of pain in need of a root canal and Dr.collura did the root canal in just 30 min that was the best experience I ever had with a dentist and left the office with a smile in my face. the front desk Jenny and hai are very nice and make u feel like your home not in dentist office. I would recommend this office to all my friend and family they are just the Best!!!!!!!!!!!
