They showed me a new flexible partial but said insurance would not pay for all of it And it would cost me 1200.00 in addition to the ins payment. I agreed and they had me sign a paper agreeing to pay the up charge. When it came in, it was nothing like they showed me. Not at all flexible so they sent it back. I decided to get the metal partial that they had told me would only cost 200.00 after the ins payment. When it came in I asked about the 1000.00 credit I was expecting and they said because I signed that paper, I had to pay the full cost of the metal partial. They kept the entire 1200.00 for a metal partial that was covered by ins minus my copay. They were real slick, the paper I signed was not dated nor did it indicate it was for the flexible partial. They were then able to use that to make me pay the full cost as though I did not have insurance. What a racket! If anyone has had this kind of experience with dr Corsello please send a complaint to the attorney generals office and… the dental board. The more complaints they get, the better.
