In September 2005 I teamed up with my classmate Dr Mersad Hoorfar at Whiteland Dental Associates. I graduated from Temple University School of Dentistry in 1995 then completed a one year residency at Monmouth Medical Center. I spent the next 8 years practicing in Media before joining Whiteland Dental Associates. I currently enjoy practicing all aspects of dentistry including crown and bridge, root canals as well as cosmetic dentistry. I currently live in West Chester with my wife and two children. In my spare time I enjoy music and have been playing the guitar since I was twelve. My goals at Whiteland are to provide the best dentistry to my patients and to make coming to the dentist an enjoyable experience not something to fear and lose sleep over.

During regular dental checkups followed by the hygienist, Dr. Friedlander was impatient and always wanted to get out as quick as possible. I have a cavity a couple months ago and this dentist did not even ask me how does the filling fits and just said" you should be in good shape." Then left the room. I didn't even get a chance to tell him that the filling is not even. Stay away from this dentist.

If it wasn't for Dr. Freidlander, I'd be wearing dentures! He saved two of my teeth that another dentist wanted to yank out . His staff is outstanding too! Pat Rakitis(patient since 2000)

I just read the reviews of Dr. Friedlander. He is the dentist for my husband and myself. He is a wonderful dentist. The old negative reviews from 2013 were probably meant for Dr. Hoorfar who was a butcher and is no longer with the practice

I had a great experience with Dr. Friedlander. He does amazing work and has a very gentle and comforting bedside manner. Totally do not agree with John's review (below). I would have never scheduled any appointments with Dr. Hoorfar.

Overall excellent experience with Dr. Friedlander. Gentle, caring, and professional, Whiteland Dental is where I go for the best dental care for me and my family.

This "dentist" is Not available for emergencies, put in a defective crown, refused to fix the problem, it later needed to be replaced by a reputable dentist costing $$$$ of dollars. Avoid at all costs it will save you $ in the long run!

He is all about talk, but when it comes to work, he did a horrible job with my root canal. He messed it up so badly, I had to spend hundreds of $$$ to fix it. I would not recommend him to anyone.
