I was facing my first root canal in over 50 years with some trepidation. I need not have worried. Dr. Hunt and staff explained everything and performed the operation in a method that left me amazed at their skill and speed and at my total lack of pain. They called afterwards to check on me. Excellent dentistry!

Dr. Hunt and his staff are extremely friendly, helpful, understanding, and knowledgeable. Dr. Hunt explained in detail everything he was going to do and why ahead of time, and during the procedure he was constantly making sure that I was feeling OK. I would not hesitate to entrust any friend or family member into his care.

The entire visit was amazing. Everyone’s encountered was welcoming and friendly. 65 years old, I have never had a root canal ever and this was less painful than a cleaning my tooth feels so much better and I healed quickly I am really sad that Dr. Hunt is retiring. I was so happy to meet . My twin sister from another mother DD Deidre from WV. I don’t want to have another root canal but if I do need one I will definitely reach out to this office.

Dr. Hunt and his staff without a doubt are the friendliest, most professional people I have ever encountered in this field. I experienced no pain or discomfort at all. I would recommend Dr. Hunt to anyone.

I completely recommend Dr Hunt and his office! The office manager did an excellent job of dealing with my insurance and communicating with me. Dr Hunt and Dee were good at putting me at ease and letting me know what was happening every step of the way during the root canal procedure. I was so pleasantly surprised by how well everything went. If you need an endodontist you’ll be happy you went to them !

Dr. Hunt and all of his staff are incredibly warm and caring.I have always been seen quickly even for urgent, unexpected visits. He is very skilled and takes great care to make sure you are comfortable during all procedures. I have been to his office many times over the years and the treatment is always superb.

Dr. Hunt and his staff are the best in Roanoke. Dr. Hunt is so knowledgeable and explains everything he is doing during the procedure. His entire staff, his receptionist and his assistants are warm, friendly and very knowledgeable as well. I have personally had multiple root canals performed by him and the entire experience is wonderful and stress free!

I chose Dr Hunt from a list my regular dentist gave me and I was glad I did. Dr Hunt is very knowledgeable and skilled. I enjoyed his sense of humor and was very pleased at the way he explained everything I was about to go through for my root canal. They actually found I had a second tooth that needed a root canal saving me a lot of time going back to my regular dentist. The procedures I went through was painless from start to finish. Deedee and Jenny were great answering all my questions about the procedure and insurance billing. Excellent doctor and staff.
