Just had my appointment that I scheduled 6 months ago cancelled because the hygienist scheduled her own doctors appointment for the same time. Now I have to wait another 4 months to get a cleaning. Terrible customer service.

I had to have a few extractions, and after receiving several shots of novacane, this dentist didn't wait for the medication to effectively numb the areas to be extracted. Instead, he started digging into my gum and yanking on the tooth putting me in great pain. Needless to say, my mouth was in excruciating pain for several days after. He grunts, groans, breathes heavy and his hands shake with tremors. He gave me the impression that he just wanted to get my needed work done as fast as possible so he could go home. Highly likely to never return back there again.

Stay away from this dentist. He is all about the money. I went there to check on my bridge. All was OK but he touched it up for adjustment. I was not needed, I did not ask for it. My insurance paid for the check up. On the top of that he sent me a bill for $150.00 the insurance did not cover because there is no such services and they said, no one else charge for it. Scary to think how much he would charge for some real taking care of my teeth. This was my 1st and last visit there. I feel really abused. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone. The office is in old building, very dirty with the dirty old water stain sealing tiles hanging above your head and ready to come down.
