Dr. Hawkins has been providing high-quality orthodontic care since 1995. He did his undergraduate work at Brigham Young University and got his doctorate from the University of Washington. He went on to complete a general practice residency at the University of Utah School of Medicine and later an orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics residency at UCLA.
Dr. Hawkins is dedicated to staying on the cutting edge of the latest advancements available in orthodontic diagnostics and treatment modalities and maintains memberships with the American Dental Association, the Washington State Dental Association, the Seattle-King County Dental Society as well as the American Association of Orthodontists, Washington State Society of Orthodontists and the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists.
Active in his community, he volunteers with the Boy Scouts of America and coaching in various local youth athletic programs. He and his wife, Kristine, have three sons. During his leisure time, he enjoys …skiing, hiking, mountaineering and a good college football game on the rare occasion when one is available in Washington State! A Coug by geography and a Husky by degree, he longs for the day when those two are once again knocking each other out of the Rose Bowl.
