I’ve been going to this office over 10 years and today I received the nastiest treatment from a dentist. I ask to speak with him privately not to have service but so he could understand why I would be going to another dentist. He handle it by asking me “Why?” “I’ve already been advised of the situation and if you want to leave go ahead I told them to send you your file.” At this point the professionalism and pure customer service no longer existed. The office staff is unprofessional and constantly changing so good luck to getting your information and professionalism. I’m not sure if this part of 2020 pandemic but I surely appreciate you showing me your true colors today. Godspeed!

I have to echo the sentiments of the other one star raters on this. The reception staff could care less about the patients and really make you feel like they are doing you a favor for servicing you at all. Unfortunately I had a conflict with an appointment and needed to reschedule talked to the receptionist and got another appointment and waited another 3 months to be seen only to find out that they did not actually make the appointment and I would have to wait another 3 months to get an appointment. That would be close a year waiting. When I brought this up to them they could have cared less. Now I have never been a big fan of Dr. Friend as his bedside manner comes off as arrogant and condescending but the work seems to be quality. I loved my hygienist but that certainly does not make up for their short comings. I am just not longer fighting with them to get seen.

You bet! Drove 2 hours because I felt he would give me an honest opinion of a problem. He did.

Very unprofessional staff and the doctor was arrogant. They do not care about the patients at all

Front office staff will cause a huge loss of business if they don't learn how to treat their patients, scheduling a appt. was impossible and when I told them my boyfriend and I would not be coming back they could have cared less.

Dr. Friend is an amazing, caring, professional dentist. His staff is friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend his office for the entire family.
